We needed to develop a lesson that would prepare learners with the scenario of a bank robbery and to prepare them for procedures when the robber uses a note.
Solution:
I have developed for Impact Education Inc. develop a suite of 15 branching scenarios-based courses titled “Banking Security Best Practices” using real-time 3D game-like simulation modules that utilized artificial intelligent algorithms to simulate bank robberies for tellers and facility managers training; recording and testing behavior and protocol responses to dangerous security scenarios.
