Description: Designed and programmed this intensive 16 hour online training course, containing narrated 3D animated scenes games and assessments . Extensive use of avatar based 3D scenes allow the user to immerse in the extensive training of customer interaction as well as technical cleaning operations. The course is integrated into a suite of courses on operating a successful commercial cleaning company and preparing the student for certification.
