Description: Developed a Flash lesson module that would allow repeated play to facilitate the basic learning of crane signalman commands. We needed a learning module that would help in memorizing the hand signals from signal men to crane operators and their associated directions to the operator. This module was followed up with a quiz module that matched signals with their crane actions and reflected the certification requirements in the scoring.
